We built Arriva Medical Staffing from a unique perspective. Our ownership team has over 75 years of experience in the healthcare industry - both from the staffing side and also from the healthcare facility management side. Over many years our team has worked with and for staffing agencies, which is why we created Arriva. We decided there was a better way to build and operate a staffing agency, for both our staff and for the facilities seeking our services. We built in transparency in scheduling allowing both our staff and the facilities to see and manage the upcoming schedule. Our customized mobile app for our staff allows ifor instantaneous viewing of timesheets, schedules, upcoming openings, push notifications of new opportunities and much more. For each facility we have designed a geofence that ensures clock-in/out are accurate, requires manager sign-off on daily timesheets, and sends weekly summaries of timesheets. Arriva aims to give our facilities the confidence that we provide the best and most accurate staffing solution in the area.
